Application of alumina ceramic parts

Alumina ceramic parts has alumina content 95% and 99% two kinds, generally commonly used 95% content, The product has high density, high temperature resistance (1600- – – -1700 degrees resistance), wear resistance, insulation resistance, corrosion resistance. It is widely used in all kinds of high temperature furnace and high temperature insulation parts, and some industries to need corrosion and wear resistant special parts

The ceramic part  is formed by hot  casting paste and sintering at high temperature of 1700℃. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, good insulation, high electrical resistance, good chemical stability, and accurate wear and erosion resistance, widely used in radio, electronic components, textile ceramics, ball mill lining, ball-stone based sand blasting nozzle and argon arc welding torch nozzle, etc.
